This is the most important employment class action case in California.
The question presented to the Supreme Court was whether the trial court
abused its discretion in certifying as a class action this suit for recovery
of unpaid overtime compensation. The Supreme Court agreed with Plaintiff
and concluded it did not and accordingly reversed the decision of the
Court of Appeal.

Stephen
Glick was lead trial counsel in the wrongful death truck accident
case of Serna v. Pettey Leach, 110 Cal.App.4th 1475; 2
Cal.Rptr.3d 835.
Stephen
Glick has handled many multi-million dollar sexual harassment
and wrongful termination cases. Under the terms of the settlements
the amount of the recoveries were confidential but recently Stephen
Glick was co-trial counsel that resulted in a 5.2 million dollar
sexual harasssment verdict against Albertsons on behalf of one
plaintiff.
